It would be
nearly impossible for the College to maintain detailed legislation archives as
there are so many different laws around the world; however, despite the
illegality of Cannabis within United Nations mandate certain countries or
cultures promote a more tolerant attitude towards Cannabis use and possession.
Seeds also present a contentious issue as Cannabis and hemp seeds are
indistinguishable from each other. In most countries it is illegal to transport
and cultivate Cannabis seeds, while hemp seed and oil products remain legal. For
this and various other reasons the College is only able to offer a list of the
most current laws worldwide according to their public availability and how
often they change.
